These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the en333 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment transactions, and account management features. 1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Defined terms appear throughout this document and are intended to give each clause precision and consistency.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the en333 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
en333 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account on en333:
- You are a natural person aged 18 or older.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
- You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
- You have not previously had an en333 account closed for misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of en333 or any of its game provider partners.
- You are using en333 for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting operation.
en333 applies age verification checks at registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If age verification cannot be completed to en333's satisfaction, access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be suspended until verification is resolved. en333 works actively to prevent underage gambling and cooperates with any lawful authority investigating age-related access violations.
4. Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on en333. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a payment method registered in your own name. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. en333 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad registration under your name)
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. en333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you shared, failed to protect, or allowed a third party to use your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify en333 support immediately.
en333 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional layer of account security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account security settings. en333 staff will never ask you to disclose your password by any means of communication.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on en333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). en333 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to individual accounts may vary depending on verification status and account history.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via card may be subject to processing times of up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. en333 does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. en333 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account.
- en333 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Third-party charges from your payment provider may apply.
- Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses may have withdrawal restrictions until those requirements are met.
- en333 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
en333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer.
The following general conditions apply to all en333 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the offer. Uncompleted bonus wagering will expire and the associated bonus balance will be forfeited.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms.
- en333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where it identifies that the offer is being abused.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of any stated bonus cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on en333 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, as published within each game's interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to that product's mechanics. These general Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
Sports Betting: Bets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, international series), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted pre-match and in-play where markets are available. en333 reserves the right to void any bet where:
- The odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
- The event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- There is credible evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider information being used.
- The bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined (late bet).
Casino Games: All casino games on en333 are provided by third-party licensed software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. en333 does not control the software or RNG systems of these providers; their certified RNG and RTP values are as published by the relevant provider. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
Dispute Resolution for Games: If you believe a game result was incorrectly recorded, you must notify en333 support within 7 days of the relevant game session. en333 will investigate using server-side game logs. 8. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using en333, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times and to refrain from any activity that may harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games and markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on en333:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during any KYC process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in published odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting practice.
- Using en333 to launder money, fund illegal activity, or circumvent any applicable financial regulation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing en333 support staff or other members of the en333 community.
- Sharing your account with or allowing access by any third party, including family members.
- Accessing en333 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.
en333 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, en333 will co-operate fully with any investigating authority.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your en333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
Involuntary Suspension or Closure: en333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
- Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder without prior contact with support.
- Discovery that the account holder is a Prohibited Person.

- Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed misconduct, en333 reserves the right to retain all balances, including real-money funds, to offset losses caused by the misconduct. Accounts closed in good standing will receive a full balance return within the stated processing window.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, en333 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even if en333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
en333 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. en333 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
The platform and all content, games, and betting markets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. en333 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the platform, including published odds and game RTP values sourced from third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit en333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
en333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment conditions, or gameplay rules — en333 will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required to comply with applicable law, may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication at https://en333.app/terms-conditions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. en333 operates with the intent to provide services that are compliant with the regulatory frameworks applicable to its operations.
Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the en333 service, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". Include a full description of the issue, relevant dates, transaction IDs, and any supporting evidence.
- Step 2 — Acknowledgement: en333 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
- Step 3 — Investigation: en333 will conduct a thorough investigation and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex disputes involving game providers may take up to 20 business days.
